Zhao County Jinxiu Textile Industry Co., Ltd., founded in 2003, initiated its operations with an initial investment of 10 thousand yuan, enabling the acquisition of 12 shuttle weaving machines for production.

In 2004, company expanded significantly by procuring 84 additional shuttle looms, followed by another 96 in the same year. This expansion led to an annual production capacity of over 3 million meters of raw fabric.

In 2009, there were 288 shuttle looms and 60 spinning machines purchased, with a total of 27000 spindles. The annual production capacity reached 3000 tons of cotton yarn and 10 million meters of raw fabric.

In 2015, in light of the requirements of production and operation, the company's name was transformed from Zhao County Jinxiu Textile Industry Co., Ltd. to Hebei Gaibo Textile Co., Ltd. A total of 360 weaving machines are available, with an annual output of 13 million meters of raw fabric.

In 2018, the company registered as a foreign trade operator and began expanding its export business.

In 2019, the spinning equipments were renovated and upgraded, introducing German Trutzler carding machines, Swiss Rieter drawing machines, Gifu fully automatic winding machines, Savio fully automatic winding machines, etc., and purchasing 50 spinning machines with 50 thousand spindles. The sizing machine and warping machine also underwent equipment updates.

In 2021, 40 spinning machines were purchased, with a total of 150 spinning machines, 70 thousand spindles, and an annual output of 7 thousand tons of yarn. Eliminated shuttle looms and updated 200 jet looms.

2024, 100 air-jet looms were purchased, and there are currently 300 air-jet looms. After 20 years of development, the company has fixed assets of 180 million yuan, more than 600 employees, and an annual output value of 200 million yuan. It has become a modern private textile enterprise integrating research development, production, sales, and service.
